Boston is the place to be this summer for the best alternative concerts and rock shows in the country. Concert goers may want to schedule in a few concerts from the list of popular ones below.

• Blue October will be playing at the Boston House of Blues on May 13.
• Adele will bring her magic to the Boston House of Blues, as well, on May 15; this is one show not to be missed! Don’t underestimate the things that she will do.
• Crosby and Nash will be at Wilbur Theater on May 18. Sure, Stills won’t be there, but it should still be a great show.
• Listen to “Lips of An Angel” on May 19 when Hinder will be at the Hampton Beach Casino Ballroom.
• Lynard Skynard will be at Bangor Waterfront on May 19 as well. Hold up your lighter for “Freebird,” and stomp around to “Sweet Home Alabama” for me if you go.
• Weezer will be at the Bank of America Pavilion on the 19^th, too—don’t waste your days and get tickets if you can.
• For the country lovers out there, Sugarland will be at the Comcast Center on May 20.
